This position may be based in Prince Rupert or Haida Gwaii, where meaningful work is grounded in strong community relationships, rich cultures, and the spectacular beauty of BC's North Coast.

💼 About the Role
The Intake Coordinator is an essential member of the Family Connection Centre team. Reporting to the Developmental Services Team Lead, the Intake Coordinator provides intake and service coordination for parents and caregivers and their children or youth with support needs. In this role, you will:

We're seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated professional who genuinely enjoys working with children and youth, believes each person matters and can support families while maintaining clear professional boundaries. You will thrive in this role if you:
✅ Qualifications:
· Early Childhood Education Certificate
· Two years of work experience in child development, including community-based or multidisciplinary services
· Current approved first aid certificate
· Knowledge of the communities served by the Family Connection Centre
· Demonstrated ability to use a cultural safety framework
✔️ Additional Requirements:
· Clear Criminal Record Review
· Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new applications
