What is SPARK?

SPARK: a BladeRunners Program is a 10-week in person cohort-based program designed to help youth and young adults explore purpose, identity, and community in a meaningful way.

Through guided conversations, connection, and reflection, you'll walk away with:

  • Clarity about who you are
  • Tools to navigate what's next
  • A supportive community to grow with


Gaining certificates, employability and essential skills training, life skills, 3D printing & creative projects, community fundraising, and more!


  • Certifications: First Aid, SuperHost, FoodSafe, and Mental Health First Aid.
  • Personal and Life Skills: Self-care, nutrition on a budget, personal budgeting, rights and responsibilities, and more.
  • Essential and Employment Skills: Communication, resumes, interview skills, vocabulary, numeracy, and more.
  • Creative outlets: 3D printing, mural work, and RavenTale storytelling project.
  • Career coaching and volunteer opportunities.

Additional Supports include training allowance, your own laptop, Spark Lounge access, and continued coaching supports.


Apply today if you are:

  • A person between the ages of 16 – 30 years old.
  • Resident of BC.
  • Not working full-time or attending school.
