Area Foreman / Work Crew Supervisor - Highways 

O'Brien Road & Bridge Maintenance is seeking a highly motivated Area Foreman / Work Crew Supervisor to oversee highway maintenance operations and lead field crews in delivering safe, efficient, and effective road maintenance services. 

Responsibilities 

• Supervise and coordinate highway maintenance crews and daily operations 
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and personnel resources 
• Respond to emergencies, weather events, and highway incidents as required 
• Maintain accurate records, reporting, and documentation 
• Communicate effectively with staff, stakeholders, and the public 

Qualifications 

• Previous supervisory or management experience in road maintenance, construction, or a related field preferred 
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
• Valid driver's license required 
• Knowledge of highway maintenance operations and safety requirements is considered an asset 

Compensation 

$75,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
