Yard Helper

Established in 1979, Bridgeview Marine has grown into a leading parts, service, and repair provider with three locations in BC.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and hard working individual to join our team in Sandspit/Kil Kun BC. This is a full-time year-round position with great benefits and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and organized shop and work yard
• Forklift use
• Loading and unloading trucks and trailers
• General labour tasks in shop and yard
• Receive deliveries, update inventory, and stock parts
• Package and properly label goods for shipment
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage

Required Skills and Abilities

• Experience operating a forklift/On the job training can be provided
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members/Work with technicians the right candidate can be considered for apprentice

• Experience with power and hand tools and operating them safely

• Valid BC Driver's License

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: From $22.00 per hour/Depending on experience
