Job Title: Office Assistant - Accounts Receivable

Position Overview: As an Automotive Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of our automotive dealership. This position requires a candidate with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the efficient operation of our office, ensuring seamless communication and coordination among various departments.


Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document organization.
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.

Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our automotive services.

Office Coordination: Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-organized.
Coordinate appointments and schedules for service appointments and meetings.

Billing and Financial Support: Assist with invoicing, billing, and processing payments.
Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate financial records.

Communication: Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Respond to emails and inquiries promptly and professionally.


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
