What You'll Do

• Supervise and coordinate retail staff

• Assign duties and support team members

• Hire and train staff or arrange training opportunities

• Manage inventory and order merchandise

• Authorize merchandise returns

• Prepare staff schedules

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns

• Manage cash and store transactions

• Prepare sales and personnel reports

• Conduct performance reviews

• Help create a positive and productive workplace

What We're Looking For

• High school graduation certificate

• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Dependable, organized, and customer-focused

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative

Schedule

• Full-time permanent position

• 30–40 hours per week

• Flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings, weekends, and some early shifts
