Junior Sales Associate- Masset Airport Gallery (Seasonal Contract)

Crystal Cabin Gallery – Masset Municipal Airport, Haida Gwaii, BC

Every piece in our gallery tells a story - and so does every visitor who walks through the door. Crystal Cabin Gallery showcases jewellery and artwork by artists from Haida Gwaii and across the Northwest Coast, and we’re looking for someone warm and welcoming to help travellers discover the artists, culture, and stories of this place at our Masset Airport gallery.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be a Junior Sales Associate at our Masset Airport location, supporting the Sales Lead at the gallery during most shifts after training.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Sales Lead to perform daily tasks at the gallery
• Welcoming travellers and helping them explore artwork and jewellery by local artists
• Maintaining displays and caring for jewellery and artwork
• General store set up
• Keeping the gallery clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Ensuring the store is clean throughout the day
• Wrapping purchases for customers
• Gathering customer information 
• Checking out customer purchases 

The daily rhythm of the store is tied to airport flight arrivals, so some flexibility is required when flights are delayed. 

What We’re Looking For

Seasonal Contract:

May 22 - September 17, 2026 (approx.) Approximately 30-35 hours per week, typically Friday-Tuesday, aligned with airport flight schedules.
