Responsibilities


Tasks

  • Provide courteous and professional guest services.
  • Utilize instinctive selling techniques and company sales programs to maximize revenue and occupancy levels.
  • Maintain order and cleanliness at the front desk.
  • Handle guest accounts.
  • Check in and check out procedure.
  • Assist guests on arrival, departure, and during their stay.
  • Operate the telephone console.
  • Process reservations and cancellation requests.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the General Manager and/or their delegate.
