We’re looking for someone special to join the team at Crystal Cabin Gallery - someone who cares about supporting local artists, celebrating Haida Gwaii’s creative identity, and creating a welcoming experience for every visitor.
What You'll Be Doing
This role supports the day-to-day operations of the gallery and assists with marketing and online activities.

Hours & Compensation
This role may be filled as either a full-time year-round position (approximately 40 hours per week) or a full-time seasonal role for the summer months, depending on the candidate. The schedule will include Saturdays, with remaining days determined based on operational needs.
Wage: Starting at $26.00/hour (final compensation discussed during the interview).
Flexible start dates and seasonal timelines.
Benefits: Full-time employees may be eligible for a Health Spending Account after three months (amount discretionary). Additional insurance options may be introduced in the future. Staff discount.
