Breakfast Room Attendant/Housekeeper

We are looking to add to our guest services team. This position is a joint position in our breakfast room and housekeeping services.

Details - Breakfast Attendant

Serving breakfast items to guests as they request them, preparing basic breakfast items. Keeping all items full and ready for guests. Keeping the breakfast area tidy in-between guests. Restocking food items from the pantry and storage areas, clearing dishes and running them through the dishwasher. Cleaning the breakfast room after service is finished. Must be able bodied to move furniture during cleaning. Food Safe is an asset but not a requirement to apply.

Details - Housekeeper

Changing bed linens, making beds, replacing towels and linens, vacuuming, washing floors, cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, washing walls and cleaning windows. Cleaning other areas of the hotel as directed by the housekeeping supervisor. Adhere to all safety, security, and company policies and procedures. Possess a strong ability to pull and push work related equipment such as loaded carts. Ability to work independently without direct supervision, and be able to work with others. Strong ability to follow verbal instructions. Previous experience may be an advantage but is not a requirement.

Successful candidate must be able to start at 6:30 am and be able to work Saturday and Sunday. The priority for this position is the breakfast room weekend attendant. Housekeeping hours will make up the rest of the week.

Applicant must be able to work 5 days a week (including weekends), early morning starts for the breakfast room. Hours are flexible depending on how busy the hotel is.

Starting wage is $18.50 an hour
