We are looking for a Behaviour Analyst to join our Behavioural Support Team in Prince Rupert! This individual must be compassionate, organized, and client-focused with experience working with children, youth, and families. Description of position
Reporting to the Program Co-Ordinator of Behaviour Consultation & Support Services, the Behaviour Analyst is a permanent employee of Sources Community Resources. The successful candidate will conduct functional and skill assessments, develop Intervention Plans and Positive Behaviour Support Plans, teach plan implementation, and supervise the implementation of plans. They will work as a part of an interdisciplinary team, under the direct mentorship and supervision of a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst.
