community members through innovative economic Initiatives. As part of this mission, we
are launching a Coffee Shop!
Position Overview:
As a barista, you'll be the heart of our coffee shop, crafting quality drinks and creating a
comfortable atmospheres for every customer who walks through the door. Whether you're.
pulling espresso shots or chatting with regulars, you'll play an important role in making our space feel warm and welcoming.
Reporting Relationship
This position reports directly to the Coffee Shop Manager or designated supervisor.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
Food Safe Level One
Friendly, upbeat, and customer focused personally.
Able to multitask and stay cool under pressure.
Punctual, dependable, and able to work as part of a team.
Experience in food service is an asset, but not required, we're happy to train the right
person.
Must be available for a variety of shift, including weekends and evenings.
Primary Responsibilities:
+ Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, drip coffee, teas and specialty drinks.
+ Greet customers with warmth and provide superior customer service.
+ Handle cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately.
+ Restock supplies and assist with opening/closing duties.
+ Cleaning duties.
