Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper
Key Responsibilities:
•Answering phones
•Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll
Qualifications:
•Proven Office Experience – MS Office Suite, Accounting Software-Sage 300 – willing to train.
•Knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll process
•Strong Organizational and Multi-tasking skills
•Attention to detail.
•Ability to work independently and part of a team.
