Intent of the process
The results from this process will be used to fill one AS-01 Executive Assistant position and one CR-04 Administrative Assistant position.
This competition may be used to fill future similar opportunities within the Park Canada Agency.
If no qualified candidates are found, a developmental opportunity may be available.
JOB TITLE: Executive Assistant to the Superintendent
CLASSIFICATION: AS-01
TENURE: 1.0 FTE Full-Time Year-Round 37.5 Hours per Week
SALARY RANGE: $61980 to $69317 salary under review plus Isolated Post Allowance $10,451 to $17,419
LOCATION: Skidegate, BC
As the Executive Assistant to the Field Unit Superintendent, you are the central hub of a dynamic team responsible for a wide range of tasks.
Job Duties
· Managing the Field Units Superintendents schedule
· Planning and organizing meetings and teleconferences, preparing and filing files for meetings.
· Booking and scheduling resources
· Respond to inquiries and provide necessary information to internal and external clients
JOB TITLE: Administrative Assistant
CLASSIFICATION: CR-04
TENURE: 0.8 FTE term part-time until August 2026 (30 hrs per week)
SALARY RANGE: $50980 to $55027 salary under review year plus Isolated Post Allowance $10,451 to $17,419
LOCATION: Daajing Giids, BC
We are seeking a highly organized team player, competent in using Microsoft Office Software including Word, Excel and Outlook who will provide administrative support to a diverse team.
Job Duties
· Assets inventory management
· Communication by email and word processing
· Digital filing and day-to-day administration
