SALARY: *$18.69 to $24.72 plus Isolated Post Allowance and Vacation Pay

Unique within the Parks Canada family, Gwaii Haanas National Park Reserve, National Marine Conservation Area Reserve, and Haida Heritage Site is cooperatively managed by the Government of Canada and the Haida Nation.
Benefits
Due to its remote location Gwaii Haanas is categorized as an Isolated Post providing certain additional benefits:
· Isolated Post Allowances range from approximately $5.40 to $9.00 per hour based on if the student has dependants or not.
· Travel associated with non-elective medical and dental treatment, bereavement, or compassionate leave may be eligible for reimbursement
· In lieu of vacation leave, students are entitled to vacation pay equal to four per cent (4%) of their total regular and overtime earnings.
