REGULAR FOOD COORDINATOR

Daax̱iigan Sḵ'adáa Née K-12 School

START DATE: September 2, 2025

SALARY: $31.31 per hour

HOURS OF WORK: Twenty-five (25) hours per week


The Food Coordinator performs duties related to the preparation of food for student consumption

in the hot and healthy lunch program.

This position works under the supervision of the Principal and will in the course of duties take

direction from individual teachers.


Qualifications:

• Grade 12 graduation;

• Food Safe Certificate;

• One to two years of related experience;

• Willingness to obtain WorkSafe BC – Level 1 if requested;

• Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License preferred;

• Maintain familiarity with Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS)

and Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB) safety regulations.
