Ray-Mont Logistics is currently seeking full-time permanent General Laborers to join its vibrant team. Successful candidates will reflect Ray-Mont’s core values: Quality, Flexibility and Innovation.

Work schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm or 5:00 pm - 1:00 am (open to overtime).

Pay: $26.91-27.91 per hour

Duties & Responsibilities:

• General cleaning and upkeep of the yard or designated plant.
• Sweeping/ Vacuuming inside & outside
• Garbage removal
• Refilling supplies when required
• Use of basic hand tools is an asset (Drills, Nail Guns, Air hoses)
• Use of small machinery is an asset (Skid steer, Forklift, JLG lift)
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Required to work at any of our operations. The employee will be cross-trained on bulk/bagging and pulp if need be.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to work/stand for long hours. You will be required to stand during the entire 12-hour shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in any weather condition
• Be meticulous, organized, and autonomous.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs

*** Must have access to your own vehicle and a valid driver's license as the terminal is not accessible by public transportation.

Work Environment: Must be willing to work outdoors throughout all weather conditions
