Bookkeeper/Administrative Position
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Full Cycle accounting processes, including Accounts Payable, Receivable and General Ledger
•Handle payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
•Prepare Monthly and Year-end Financial Reports
•Coordinate with External Auditors and Manage tax filings
•Maintain Office supplies and Equipment
•Manage vendor relations
•Support HR functions, such as onboarding,
•Employee Records Management, Union & Government remittances and Benefits administration
Qualifications:
•Proven Experience in Office
•Strong knowledge of Full-cycle Accounting and Payroll Processes
•Proficiency in Accounting Software (Sage 300) and MS office Suite
•Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
