This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated culinary professional in a remote, team-oriented setting.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Daily operation of lounge drink service at both lunch and dinner

· Bar maintenance: restocking and cleaning of bar and surrounding lounge area

· Inventory of bar stock and supplies

· Assistance in the dining room as necessary

· Assistance with back-of-house maintenance as necessary

· Maintenance of other common areas as necessary

· Ongoing commitment to customer relationships with a strong focus on onsite sales

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

· Knowledge of liquor, wine, beer, service standards and etiquette

· Flexible work schedule (Opening/closing shifts, Weekday/Weekend shifts)

· Positive and Professional Attitude

· A dedication to quality and professionalism

TRAINING, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Current Serving it Right certified and understanding of responsible alcohol service

· Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience

· Must be 19+ years of age
