SUMMARY
The Administrative Executive Assistant supports the day-to-day transactions of the Chief Administrative Office, including the Director of Community Services and Director of Public Works. Reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer, the Administrative Executive Assistant is responsible for providing support for the day-to-day operations of Gitxaala Band Administration office, assist leadership in executing strategic planning activities. The Administrative Executive Assistant is responsible for coordinating communication, scheduling, deliverables preparation, meeting support and other related administrative tasks.
