Reporting to the Legislative Clerk, this role will provide administrative support to the Administration, Legislative and Public Works departments.
Reporting to the Legislative Clerk, this role will provide administrative support to the
Administration, Legislative and Public Works departments.
Duties include, but are not limited to: development of communications materials, social
media and website posts, records keeping and filing including digital file management.
Strong communication skills and basic computer literacy (Word, Excel and Outlook) are
core competencies for this position. Experience with Canva, Publisher and inDesign
considered an asset.

The Administrative Assistant role is a full time, permanent position with a competitive
benefits package and regular schedule of Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm with
occasional after-hours work. Flexible options for the right candidate.
Wage range $23.23 - $31.03 dependent on qualifications.
