Dolly’s Fish Market is expanding, and we now have a new exciting opportunity for an energetic, self starter, motivated, team player to join our company.

As our new Sales and Retail Manager you will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage and oversee sale objectives for company.
  • Achieve or exceed set sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with customers.
  • Play an active role in product development.
  • Coordinate and develop ad campaigns, and provide strategies for marketing.
  • Manage social media marketing.
  • Oversee and manage retail sales and retail staff.
  • Oversee inventory management and work closely with our processing department.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Seafood knowledge is an asset
  • Must have Valid Driver’s License
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Must have great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must have proficient computer skills
  • Must be receptive to feedback
  • Must have good time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • sales: 5 years (preferred)
