North Coast Community Services is seeking a permanent full-time Program Manager. 

 

The Program Manager, as part of the management team, will strive to reach the Society’s strategic plan goals through innovative and flexible approaches.

 

The Program Manager is a leader who will inspire employees to reach their goals while building a culture of encouragement, respect and celebration.

 

The Program Manager is a role model who is engaging, helping employees to realize the value of the work they do, while being cognizant of their challenging roles.

 

The Program Manager is a coordinator who ensures program service delivery meets contractual obligations, while inspiring employees to find unique approaches to support their clients.

 

The Program Manager will play an integral role in the establishment a child development centre and 24/7 childcare centre in Prince Rupert.

 

The Program Manager possesses a Bachelor of Social Work or other relevant degree

and has two years of supervisory experience.  Experience in or knowledge of working in the social services field is an asset.
