What to Expect

As an Office Administrator with Aero Trading Co. Ltd, your administrative skill set will play a key role in supporting the purchasing and delivery of our wide range of commercial fishing products to and from various locations across the globe. You’ll learn the ins and outs of the west coast fishing industry alongside a motivated and supportive team.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office or personnel.
  • Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, handling data entry, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Processing payments and recording transactions such as income, outgoings, and posting them to various accounts.
  • Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files and other files related to the company’s operations.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
  • Supporting with other administrative duties as needed.

  • Communicator – you have outstanding written and verbal communication and always represent your employer at their best.
  • Hustler – you work well under pressure and never miss a deadline, even when juggling multiple projects.
  • Dependable– your team trusts you because you handle sensitive information in a tactful and respectful way.
  • Accounting Experience – you understand basic accounting principles like A/P, A/R and general bookkeeping.

  • Computer Savvy – you’re familiar with Microsoft Office and have previous experience in an office environment.
