The Haida Heritage Centre is seeking a long-term permanent employee to manage the buildings, equipment, fixtures, and other mechanical systems.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning and undertaking preventative and operating maintenance services to all Haida Heritage Centre buildings, equipment, and fixtures in an efficient and effective manner, consistent with policy and procedures. In addition, the Manager is responsible for safety and emergency planning as it relates to building requirements.
