About you: We are growing and have an opportunity for a great person with a strong passion for cooking who is looking to join our team as a Line Cook. You will have the responsibility of executing menu items in a timely manner, providing support to your teammates and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. This is a great opportunity to be a long-term member of our growing team!

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Writing daily prep lists for your station
  • Food preparation: cutting, portioning, frying, baking, following recipes, putting away orders, and cleaning of kitchen tools and facility as required
  • Playing a role in ensuring a respectful workplace environment by professional communication with all team members
  • Ability to identify and prioritize daily tasks
  • A strong passion for food
  • A positive and professional attitude
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Basic knife skills
  • Food Safe Level 1 an asset
  • Must be available for shift work, mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, according to the needs of the business
  • The desire for growth and opportunity
