Reporting to of the Food & Beverage Manager, the Kitchen Hand/Dish Washer is a key member of the kitchen team who is responsible for the overall cleanliness and sanitization of the kitchen and lounge area. You will wash and clean all sauce dishes, pots, utensils and cooking equipment, as well as wipe down the tables in the lounge and remove any plates, utensils or Food from the table once the patrons are finished. You are able to able to juggle multiple tasks at once, are attentive to detail and are looking to grow in the hospitality/service industry.
