Dining Room Manager (Full Time)


The West Coast Fishing Club operates two luxury saltwater fishing lodges in Haida Gwaii.

We are currently looking for a Dining Room Manager to join our team for the 2021 season.

The Dining Room Managers responsibilities will include interviewing and hiring dining room staff, service training, employee scheduling, coordination with kitchen and other departments for special events, facilitating client requests and concerns and will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of service throughout the team.

The dining room manager will report directly to the General Manager.

Preference will be given to applicants with previous Resort Experience, Serving It Right and/or other related certifications.

Employment contracts begin in May and run through to mid September.
