We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator with strong parts management and customer service skills to join us at our location in Sandspit, BC. Knowledge of the marine industry, especially outboard and inboard motors is a definite asset. A driver’s license valid in BC required.

This is a part time position with potential of full-time that offers medical & dental benefits as well as a pension plan. If you can work independently, are familiar with sales/service, and want a position that offers you variety of interesting and physical duties this is the position for you!

Requirements :

Experience with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages (mainly excel and word)

General knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems

Strong inventory experience

Professional demeanour, strong communication skills, good command of the English language

Excellent prioritizing, time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills while working independently

The ability to perform job duties (some heavy lifting, standing for long periods of time)
