Rainbow Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ltd has an opening for a progressive and motivated individual to join Finance and Insurance team. Candidates require a very strong work ethic with a professional, courteous, customer focused background. Applicants should have experience in all faucets of Business Office operations and be able to provide a proven track record complete with references.
As an F&I Business Manager, you will sell products and finance and insurance programs by understanding and presenting feature and benefits; developing and qualifying prospective buyers; maintaining after sales customer contacts and follow-up.

Major Responsibilities
Selling finance and insurance programs and other business related products (ie extended warranties, financing and credit life, accident and health insurance plans, protection packages etc.) to new and used vehicle customers.
Interview clients for credit applications and inform them of their options
Manage all rate quotations, fees and financing
Manage all documents required, ensuring all paperwork is accurate, completed in a timely manners and all necessary supporting documentations obtained
Prepare appropriate documentation, delivery and submission of paperwork

Conduct history and lien checks on trade-in vehicles

Handle and respond to post-delivery customer inquires such as warranty questions and loan payout

Verify all documents for correct titles, taxes and lien information

Complete required training & job knowledge, keep up to date with current programs & fulfill all licensing requirements

Enhance the dealership’s reputation by providing excellent customer service

Perform any other duties as required

Qualifications

VSA Licensing Required

Current finance/business office experience preferred

Dynamic self-starter, detailed focused, extremely well organized with excellent time management

Solid command of the English language and strong communication skills

Broad understanding of automotive terminology

Valid, clean, BC driver’s license
