Oasis Apartments is seeking applications for our office administrator position! In this customer facing and
dynamic role, you will be the point of contact for all prospective and present residents of Oasis
Apartments while working together with our maintenance, janitorial, and management teams.

  • Respond to telephone, email, walk-in, and online inquiries from existing and prospective
    residents, management, suppliers, and others
  • Handle resident move-ins and move-outs coordinating, preparing, and processing leasing
    paperwork, invoicing, and condition inspections
  • Handle minor financial transactions for the office such as the collection of rental payments and
    deposits, issuing invoicing, issuing receipts, and purchasing needed supplies
  • Handle resident complaints, maintenance requests, and other concerns according to company
  • Maintain resident and other office files
  • Schedule cleaning staff and ensure compliance with company apartment condition standards
  • Manage janitorial supply inventories
  • Inspect the property and collaborate with on-site maintenance team to ensure that the common
    property and individual units are maintained to company standards
  • Assist management with the completion of errands
  • Respond to after-hours requests and monitor a company emergency phone line


  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; post-secondary education a plus
  • Demonstrated competence using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License Required
  • Ability to communicate tactfully, clearly, and concisely verbally and in
