Position: Meat/Saucier Chef
Location: Haida Gwaii, British Columbia

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Executive Chef the Meat/Saucier Chef will be responsible for all protein items on the menu as well as maintaining the organization and sanitary conditions of the kitchen. The successful candidate will be well educated in deboning/cleaning – fish/meat products and the preparation of associated sauces.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Preference will be given to applicants with previous resort experience and a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
