My client (Mining company) is currently looking for a Human Resources Manager to be the lead on HR and business expertise by addressing complex and strategic business challenges and improving productivity and performance. It’s an opportunity to build and drive People strategy.

The role is a fantastic opportunity to join the Senior Management team and will have an opportunity to provide customer-specific higher-level support, solutions and strategies to the GMs and work closely with regional, national and global resources in delivering HR services, such as labour relations, performance management, leadership development and recruitment.

The role is based in BC and relocation will be necessary.


  • BSc or Master’s in human resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration or related
  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience
  • Experience within a large, complex, industrial organization
  • Unionized environment Exposure and Experience
  • Experience in workforce planning, talent management, performance management, labor relations, organization design and development, succession planning and HRIS.

Compensation includes a very attractive salary that compensates experience, bonuses and benefits as well as relocation covered by the company.
