Description

Provides leadership in the planning, integration, delivery and evaluation of programs and services for the assigned communities or geographic area in the context of a regional system of service delivery. Ensures that quality patient/client/resident care is provided and that the goals and objectives of the Northern Health Strategic Plan and HSDA Operational Priorities are achieved. Supports and collaborates with the Senior Leadership Team of the HSDA to build and implement strategic priorities.
Qualifications
– A Masters Degree in Health Administration or a related discipline;
– Plus seven (7) to ten (10) years of experience in progressively senior health care administration roles, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
