Guest Services Agent (Full Time)


Highliner Plaza Hotel and Conference Centre


Guest Service. Taking & processing Reservations. Checking In & Checking Out Guests. Handling Monies. Handling & Processing Accounts & Direct Billing, also Credit Card transactions.

Looking after Guests requests.

Communicating with & working with other Department & Employees. Producing Reports.

Following Hotel Procedures and Policies etc.

Qualifications and Skills

Must have completed High School. Previous Hotel Guest Service experience is preferred. Good computer skills and strong math skills.

Must be available for Shifts during both the Week Days and at the Weekend as well as during the mornings as well as the afternoon & evenings.
