The successful applicant will have a proven record with recognized food programs and/or kitchen management.

This highly creative professional is responsible for menu creation, purchasing, hiring, cost controls, training, scheduling, inventory and exceeding guest expectations.

The executive chef supervises kitchen employees and should be capable of delivering four star cuisine for up to 40 guests a day.
