Computer Tutoring Offered Free for New Immigrants

Hecate Strait Settlement Services is now providing computer tutoring services for New Immigrants living in Prince Rupert and Port Edward. Permanent Residents (up to 10 years), Live-in Caregivers, and ConventionĀ Refugees are eligible to receive tutoring and settlement services.

New Immigrants can now learn to use computers and the Internet with a tutor that will guide learning to use email, surf the web, download and print files, and manage files and documents using Microsoft Office 2013.

Contact Glenn Groulx for more information about computer tutoring and other settlement services.

Our services for newcomers and immigrants are available free of charge in Prince Rupert thanks to funding from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada and BC Settlement and Integration Services
