November Edition of West Coast Reader for ESL Learners now available

The November edition of the West Coast Reader is available now at the Prince Rupert Resource Centre for Immigrants.

This month, there are articles about many topics.

Lost Ship – the Erebus, a ship that has been lost for 168 years, was recently found near Nunaut.

Tent City – Vancouver has a problem with homeless people now creating a tent city.

Remembrance Day – a biography about Julia W. Henshaw, a famous writer and ambulance driver during World War 1.

The Last Spike – on November 7, 1885, the last spike was hammered to complete the Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR).

Recipe – spicy fried green beans
